Attending your first CrossFit Class can be intimidating. For this reason, we have answered a few of the most common questions people have before their arrival.

Do I need to have experience working out?

The great thing about CrossFit is that all the movements are infinitely scalable. Our staff is trained to reach individuals where they are in their personal journey and help them build from there. For these reasons, no previous experience is required to attend your first CrossFit class. We love beginners!

What if I can’t come workout every day?

No worries at all! We’ll set you up with a membership option that best suits your schedule. As for the classes themselves, you don’t have to worry about falling behind. Part of our coaches’ training is to optimize your fitness with the time YOU have available. Even one day a month is better than zero.

How early do I need to arrive for class?

Showing up 15 minutes before class to sign your waiver and meet a coach would be perfect. If you show up late, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.

What if I have an injury?

This is perfectly fine. Make sure to tell the coach of the class you are attending your situation and they will be happy to program movements for you that will keep you safe.
